Well I *think* I have finally cracked it and sorted my stash of SU ribbon into some sort of order.
Having spent hours exchanging ideas with Jenny and searching the net for something to buy/make etc...I decided to go this way.
I bought some 1/2" beading from B&Q got them to cut it into the lengths I wanted and then I stuck it to the front of each of the shelves to stop the ribbon reels falling off....as the shelves are 7" deep I had to put something behind the reels to stop them rolling backwards and by doing this I know have another free shelf for when I accumulate more ribbon LOL....
What do you think.....the whole thing cost me £5.... not bad......

What a great solution to storing ribbon! TFS!
What a fabulous idea Janette for storing your ribbons and only £5.00. It is much cheaper, looks lovelyand so easy to use, compared to all those other ideas AND PRICES you came up with at Jenny's house it's definitely a winner.
I love all your comments about Jenny's and Jo's Stamping Up Extravaganza and you've said it all. Both the girls and their Mums really put themselves out and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Is this replacing your bobbins of 2007 or just for SU?
Hi Kelly,
I have sold most of the ribbon from 2007 !!! and replaced it with SU ribbon which is what is on the bookcase shelves....
