OK the unit has 7 sections and each section will hold 7 ink pads, it was measured this way to maximise the use of the MDF sheet, much to the B+Q guys amusement !!
The top part has 2 sections and will have a rod through the middle for ribbon reels. Just need to find an easy way to attach the rod to lift on and off if adding reels. Probably will use the net curtain self adhesive hooks...hmmm....
